Water Resources Engineering

Our team works closely with clients to provide comprehensive stormwater designs and reports that fulfill all jurisdictional requirements for conveyance, water quality treatment, detention/retention, and downstream capacity. 3J’s experienced engineers provide flood hazard management, including all required FEMA applications for revising floodplain elevations and providing No-Rise Certifications.

Aerial Photography

Need to perform initial due diligence or to monitor construction progress, but don’t have the right access? 3J can help – we’ve received the Section 333 exemption letter from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to operate an unmanned aircraft system (UAS). We can conduct construction observation/ inspection, aerial photography, utility monitoring, and agricultural monitoring. 3J has trained, certified and insured drone pilots licensed and accredited through the FAA Part 107 UAS process.

We can capture aerial views that are otherwise difficult or impossible to photograph.
