Mercedes Serra Promoted to Project Manager

3J Consulting’s Mercedes Serra was recently promoted to Project Manager! Mercedes has played a key role at 3J for over 10 years as part of the Community Planning team. Mercedes leads 3J’s current planning efforts and clients and colleagues alike have come to rely on her expertise and experience. She has been involved in several award-winning projects, including Hidden Creek Community Center, Gardiner Middle School, Milwaukie High School and North Salem High School.
