This upgraded two-story facility built is designed to serve the recreational and gathering needs of the Hillsboro’s expanding and diverse community.

About this Project

3J assisted the City of Hillsboro in preparing applications for a Conditional Use Permit and for design review for a new Community Center to be located at 53rd Avenue within the City of
Hillsboro. 3J worked carefully to help the City navigate the review process, enabling the approvals of this sleek and modern community facility. With approvals in hand, the project was able to start construction during the fall of 2019. The community center opened to the public in Fall 2020.

The 51,000 square feet state-of-the art facility includes a community room, classrooms, a two-court gymnasium, two fitness studios, a fitness center, and outdoor sports courts.
