The Luuwit View Park Project received a Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon TopProjects Award in the Parks and Public Spaces Category. The TopProjects award recognizes the most outstanding projects completed the prior year in Oregon and Washington. 3J provided land use planning, civil engineering and water resources engineering services for this new 16-acre park. The design preserved views of Mount St Helens (called Luuwit by Native Tribes) and reflects the area’s farming and history and context. Read more.
