Tualatin River Greenway Trail

3J provided civil engineering design services to support the City of Tualatin with a developer-led trail connection along the Tualatin River which will complete the missing link on this community amenity. The existing pathways are constructed of two different types of boardwalk materials and styles, so a unique approach was needed to complete the missing segment required. Since the boardwalks didn’t need to connect directly together our team implemented an at-grade concrete pathway that connects the two, allowing for the design to continue with each of the material types.
