About this Project

This new 100-unit complex is located on a 3.13-acre site in Beaverton, OR. 3J’s engineering team worked closely with the City’s Public Works Department to design the development with minimal impact on an existing mapped grove of trees. Improvements to the existing screen system were updated as well in order to accommodate site stormwater in accordance with the City’s stormwater guidelines.
