Primary School at Frog Pond

About this Project

3J provided site civil engineering, water resource engineering, and construction administration services for a new 60,000-sf elementary school on a 10-acre site in the Frog Pond Neighborhood of Wilsonville, directly adjacent to the new Frog Pond Neighborhood Park. The school serves pre-K through 5th grade with a 350-student capacity, and the master plan includes a future 15,000-sf addition that will expand capacity to 550 students. 3J’s scope included both on-site improvements and public street improvements for three surrounding streets. ADA ramp inspections and close coordination with the adjacent City-led park project under construction simultaneously were critical project components, requiring careful management of ADA connections and curb ramps at key intersections along the school’s south frontage.
