New Seasons Market on North Williams

Portland, OR

A new neighborhood grocery for a burgeoning neighborhood sits on a small site that required a creative design to accommodate all required elements for parking, stormwater, pedestrian and vehicular access.

About this Project

Located on North Williams, the site accommodates 58 on-site vehicular parking spaces and 62 bike parking spaces, as well as outdoor seating and a sizable area for loading. Stormwater is filtered through a sustainable landscape of native plantings of varied texture, color, and form.  3J staff worked closely with the City to meet these competing needs and deliver a valuable amenity for a rapidly growing and changing neighborhood. The project was designed by LRS Architects.
