Lake Oswego – Tigard Water Partnership

3J provided program scheduling and construction inspection for the expansion and upgrading of the water supply system to Lake Oswego and Tigard. In August 2008, the cities formed a partnership to share drinking water resources and costs. The Water Partnership expanded Lake Oswego’s existing drinking water infrastructure so that it can serve both communities. Under the partnership, the City of Lake Oswego managed and built the water system improvements. An Oversight Committee provided leadership and guidance, with representatives from Lake Oswego and Tigard City Councils. A Technical Team included staff from both cities.
