Infrastructure Assessment

About this Project

3J conducted an infrastructure assessment for the City of McMinnville, identifying deficiencies for roads, sidewalks, parks, water, stormwater, wastewater and public facilities. The project focused on infrastructure in underserved communities. 3J led a public outreach campaign that included the use of an online web map where community members could provide feedback on areas they would like to see fixed. The comments were the basis for evaluating the existing infrastructure and infrastructure plans. The final product was a memo identifying deficiencies and remedies supported by maps and data. 3J’s recommendation will inform the City on future projects while prioritizing investments using an equity lens.
