About this Project

3J provided civil engineering for this new complex of townhomes in downtown Lake Oswego. Working through the rigorous permitting process of the City of Lake Oswego, 3J facilitated the development of the .28-acre site, which is now home to 6 condominiums. Secure parking is tucked behind the building at the ground level. The project adds to the density of downtown while improving the character of the streetscape.
