JT Smith Companies’ new planned community, Crestview Crossing provides a mix of commercial and residential options including 242 single-family homes and 51 apartment homes. Residents will enjoy plenty of open space with a neighborhood park (including picnic areas and exercise equipment) and multi-use pathways throughout. 3J has been working closely with JT Smith providing project management, land use planning, civil engineering, water resources engineering and construction inspection services to keep this project moving forward despite the setbacks due to COVID-19.
