Strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and thoughtful design turned a constrained site between two dealerships into a unified, high-profile campus.
3J provided planning, civil, and water resources services for the second phase of a multi‑dealership development adding a BMW dealership to an existing Porsche dealership. This phase introduced a new service building and a shared storage area supporting both dealerships. One of the key complexities was coordinating construction around an operating Harley-Davidson dealership that shared the parking lot, requiring consistent communication and thoughtful planning. With a firm deadline for opening the showroom, 3J’s team stayed responsive to quickly resolve any issues.
The completed building, with its impressive height and prime corner location, now stands as a recognizable landmark. As the final component linking the Porsche and Harley-Davidson properties, the project required careful design to maintain circulation and unify the entire site into a cohesive auto dealership campus. Challenging grading and utility conditions, influenced by the site’s proximity to a major highway intersection, added another layer of complexity that our team successfully navigated.
