Please help us give a big congratulations to Marketing Coordinator Brittney Weinberg who recently received the American Public Works Association Oregon Chapter (APWA OR) Young Leader Award!
The Young Leader Award recognizes and encourages young APWA members who have demonstrated an initial commitment to the profession and the Association and show potential for future growth within the Association.
Brittney has been a fixture at APWA conferences since 2018. Since then, she has taken on a leadership role as a co-chair of the Young Professionals (YP) Committee, where she helps engage young professionals with career resources and networking opportunities. Brittney has represented APWA OR at the National YP Summit and PWX Conference the past two years and has also volunteered her time with the Chapter Audit Committee.
Whether she’s engaging attendees at her exhibitor booth, coordinating volunteer outings, or connecting with colleagues at YP events, many people have experienced Brittney’s genuine enthusiasm for the chapter. Her impact on the chapter is truly special, and this recognition is well deserved!
