3J Consulting is pleased to welcome Phillip Patague, PE to the team! As Water Resources Project Engineer, Phillip will be responsible for providing stormwater management design solutions for a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. With over six years of experience, Phillip is well versed in hydrology, low impact development, water quality, and stormwater treatment best management practices. He is an alumnus of San Diego State University.
Phillip recently moved to the Portland-Metro area and he is looking forward to learning about, and interacting with, the natural and built environments of the Pacific Northwest. Phillip will be based out of 3J’s Beaverton office.
