Phillip Patague Promoted to Senior Water Resources Engineer
3J Consulting’s Phillip Patague, PE, was recently promoted to Senior Water Resources Engineer. In this new role, he will be instrumental in training new water resources staff, while continuing to grow 3J’s water resources capabilities. Since he joined 3J in 2019, he has worked on over 40 projects and has obtained his Oregon, Colorado, and Indiana Professional Engineering license. Phillip has over 9 years of experience and he is an alumnus of San Diego State University.
