Mercedes Serra Promoted to Planning Lead

Mercedes Serra was recently promoted from Senior Urban Designer to Planning Lead. In this new role, she will manage 3J’s Current Planning Team and workload. Mercedes has over 8 years of experience and has worked at 3J for the duration of her professional career. She works with clients to conduct code research, prepare land use entitlements, and present at public hearings. As an urban designer, she assesses feasibility and prepares site designs. Mercedes maintains strong relationships with current clients and actively pursues new projects.
