Project Engineer Laura Oxsen, PE, was recently promoted to 3J’s Training and Development Lead. Laura joined 3J in 2016 as a Civil Designer and later became a Civil Engineer when she obtained her professional engineering license. She was promoted to Civil Engineering Lead in 2020 where she led one of 3J’s design teams and joined the firm’s leadership team. Throughout her time at 3J, Laura has been actively involved in helping implement processes and develop standards for various operational initiatives. Her new role is part of 3J’s Engineering Operational Developmental Team, and she will focus her efforts on the development and training of engineering staff.
