3J Consulting’s Ken Ota was recently promoted to Project Engineer. In this new role, Ken will lead one of 3J’s civil design teams and join the firm’s leadership team. Working closely with 3J’s project managers, Ken will ensure all civil components of a project are delivered with quality and timeliness. Ken joined 3J seven years ago as a Civil Designer and has been successful in developing his knowledge and leadership skills. He has worked on various projects including K-12 education, roadway and utility improvements, parks and recreation, solar, and residential developments.
