3J Consulting is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Gilchrist to Senior Project Engineer.
In his new role, Josh will help support the strategic growth of 3J’s Tacoma office while continuing to elevate the firm’s technical standards, mentor and train engineering staff, and lead complex engineering initiatives.
Josh has been at 3J for nine years and he has consistently demonstrated a passion for creative design solutions, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects for our clients. He has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including K–12, transportation, parks and recreation, commercial, residential, renewable energy, and senior living.
