3J Consulting’s Josh Gilchrist was recently promoted to Civil Engineering Lead. In this new role, Josh will oversee one of 3J’s civil design teams and join 3J’s Leadership Group. Working closely with the project managers, Josh will ensure all civil components of a project are delivered with quality and timeliness. Josh has been with 3J for over six years and has been instrumental in delivering a variety of projects for our clients. He has also played a key role in opening our Tacoma office.
