New year, new promotions! Taryn Girard and Zach Starker recently obtained their professional engineering licenses and were promoted to Civil Engineer. Taryn joined 3J in 2019 and Zach was hired in 2020. They have been involved in a variety of projects during their time at 3J, including education, residential, transportation and solar projects.
