3J Consulting is thrilled to welcome Dominique “Niqui” Lacquement, EI, to our team! As a Civil Designer, Niqui will support a range of multidisciplinary projects spanning commercial, residential, parks and recreation, and renewable energy sectors.
With over three years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and site design across both public and private sectors, Niqui brings strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset. She earned her Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and was an active leader with Northern Virginia Professional Chapter of Engineers Without Borders – USA, serving as Chapter Treasurer from 2023 to 2025.
Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new coffee shops, going on adventures with her fiancé, and throwing pottery.
