3J Consulting is pleased to welcome Sophia Toops to the team! In her role as Civil Technician, she will work on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, including transportation, utility, school, commercial and residential projects.
Sophia recently graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In 2021, Sophia completed a summer internship as a Project Engineer Intern where she worked with the team on an addition to the Oregon Humane Society in Portland.
In her spare time, Sophia enjoys spending time with friends and family (including her dog). She also likes to raft, camp, travel, and go see new movies.
