3J Consulting is pleased to welcome Ryley McDowell to the team! In his role as Planner, he will work on various projects providing long range and current planning services.
Ryley graduated from the University of Oregon in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Planning, Public Policy and Management and a minor in Business. Prior to joining 3J, he was a land use planner at a firm in Springfield, OR. Ryley dedicates time to volunteering for organizations and causes such as the Oregon Food Bank, the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society “Light the Night”, and Eugene Parks and Open Spaces “Free the Forest”.
In his spare time, Ryley enjoys being outside golfing, hiking, or running. During the winter he prefers more indoor activities like the gym and cooking.
