3J recently welcomed Washington State University student, Gabe Garlit, who is participating in our 2022 Summer Internship program. Gabe will spend eight weeks at 3J working with different teams to get exposure to a variety of projects, disciplines and general industry operations.
Gabe chose to intern at 3J because of the culture, sharing “I was attracted by the fact that the company isn’t so big that I could be lost in a sea of employees. The close-knit environment really appealed to me.” He is looking forward to getting some real-life experience working in the industry and seeing how he can apply what he’s learned in school.
Gabe is majoring in Civil Engineering and will be entering into his senior year in the fall. In his spare time, Gabe enjoys hitting the golf course, lifting weights and finding good places to eat.
