3J Principal Appointed to Home Builders Association Leadership Role

Congratulations to 3J Principal Planner Andrew Tull who was recently appointed VP, Secretary of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland (HBA)! In this role, Andrew will provide leadership to the Board of Directors and represent the HBA on issues related to housing policy throughout the Metropolitan region.

Andrew has been heavily involved in the HBA since 2012, having served in a variety of positions including appointments to the Portland Government Affairs and Political Action Committee, and as a Director for the National Homebuilders Association. After being nominated by his peers, Andrew participated in a rigorous interview process and was officially appointed to the role of VP, Secretary on Friday, November 30th at the Builder’s Ball. He will serve in this position for a year and then transition into the role of VP, Treasurer.

Andrew is looking forward to working with the Board and the Executive Committee to further the interests of housing for builders, developers, trade contractors and all the other contractors who contribute goods and services to Portland’s Housing industry. He is on track to serve as the HBA President in 2021.
