3J Prepares for Back to School Season

It’s Back to School time! Over the summer, 3J worked diligently on over 15 school projects providing necessary updates and additions in preparation for the new school year. Our team provided project management, civil engineering, land use planning and construction inspection services. Projects included playgrounds, modular facilities and drop-off improvements for Hillsboro School District, Gresham-Barlow School District and Portland Public School District.
