3J was named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon for the fourth year in a row! It is especially heartwarming to make the list this year since typical workplace events and perks were not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions. Our team has worked together the past 20 months to nurture and maintain a collaborative environment in a hybrid (remote/in-person) setting.
Oregon Business manages the annual list that showcases the companies that are at the top of their game in creating workplaces with the most satisfied employees. The rankings were based on the confidential input of employees who answered questions about workplace satisfaction concerning topics such as benefits, management, trust, work environment and career development.
