3J Marketing Director Kelly Johnson recently took on a Board position for the Oregon Chapter of Society of Marketing Professional Service (SMPS). She will serve as Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) through the summer of 2024. In this role, Kelly will be responsible for leading the chapter’s work in advancing and supporting social justice and creating a diverse and inclusive culture within SMPS. Kelly has been a member of SMPS since 2007 and has held several committee positions over the years, including roles on the Special Events, Communications, Professional Development and JEDI committees. She was the JEDI Chair from 2020-2022 and held a Board position from 2018-2020 when she was the Professional Development Director. Kelly also received the SMPS Marketer of the Year Award in 2011.
