In December 2022, Oregon Business notified firms whether they ranked in their 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon list. 3J received the news that we made the list for the fifth consecutive year!
This annual list showcases the companies that are at the top of their game in creating workplaces with the most satisfied employees. The rankings were based on the confidential input of employees who answered questions about workplace satisfaction concerning topics such as benefits, management, trust, work environment and career development.
Ranking will be revealed at the their Happy Hour Awards Celebration in March 2023.
