3J Project Receives APWA Oregon Project of the Year Award

The City of Newberg’s E Crestview Drive Improvement Project received a Project of the Year Award from the Oregon Chapter of American Public Works Association (APWA). The award recognizes excellence, innovation and cooperation with regard to management and administration of public works projects through the alliance of the managing agency, consultant and contractor. City staff and 3J Consulting project team members accepted the award during the APWA Fall Conference Awards Banquet in Canyonville, OR.

3J provided civil project management services on the roadway improvement project that improved its capacity and safety for motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
