2021 APWA Project of the Year Recognition

3J is proud to be part of two project teams that were recognized at the 2021 Oregon Chapter American Public Works Association’s (APWA OR) Project of the Year Awards! Both projects were awarded Project of the Year in the Structures (Parks) category.

• Gateway Green – $5M to Less than $25M
• North Plains Veteran’s Park – Less than $5M

The APWA Project of the Year Award “recognizes excellence, innovation and cooperation with regard to management and administration of public works projects through the alliance of the managing agency, consultant and contractor.” The projects were recognized on October 7, 2021 at the awards ceremony held during the virtual APWA OR Fall Conference.
