Meet Civil Engineering Intern Gabe Garlit!

Education: Pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University

Hobbies: Hitting the golf course, lifting weights and finding good places to eat.

What His Summer Internship Taught Him: Before I came to 3J, the people that I worked with at a company was a secondary need. It was here that I realized working with great people is important. 3J has also taught me how to produce quality work that I could be proud to be a part of. Another aspect of 3J that I really enjoyed was the different squads. 3J is very team-oriented and it was interesting to see the different dynamics from team to team. They all work very effectively amongst each other but are still able to work well together collectively. The squads also have their own smaller specialties, and it was nice to work with so many different projects because of it.
