Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts. You will join our two-person marketing team led by the Marketing Director and your responsibilities will include creating engaging content for internal and external communications, developing brochures and other marketing materials, contributing to social media and website strategy, and maintaining our content database. You will assist with proposal development as well as award submissions, presentations, and industry articles. Other duties may include event planning and attending industry events on behalf of the company.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Two years of professional experience as a Marketing Coordinator or a similar role
  • Strong writing, technical editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator)

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Experience working in the AEC industry
  • Experience developing proposals
  • Experience executing social media strategy
  • Experience with WordPress and search engine optimization
  • Graphic design experience is a bonus, but not required

 

Pay Range

$24-$34 per hour depending on experience
