About this Project

3J was contracted through the architect, IBI Group, to assist with the expansion of the stadium and associated parking lot.  The development also included a new stadium pavilion.  We provided civil engineering and water resources engineering to design the site layout for the project. The site included a nearly 100-lot parking lot, as well as storm water solutions for the hillside stadium.  3J also provided the district with long term development options and strategies to maximize the use of the district property.

 3J provided land use planning assistance to the West Linn Wilsonville School District to expand West Linn High School’s stadium. The expansion accommodated enrollment growth, increased safety, and provided a place for the entire student body to gather. The project also expanded the parking at the school. This benefits the student body during school hours and improves parking lot safety during school events. 3J’s tasks included coordinating with the client and consultant team, participating in a pre-application meeting, preparing a conditional use permit application, facilitating several community meetings, and participating in a planning commission hearing.
