The candidate will work directly for a Team Leader, Project Manager, or Principal on various projects. Duties will include preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and permit applications for projects. The candidate will coordinate and communicate directly with reviewing agencies and track all permits, requirements, and schedules as the project progresses. The candidate will also be expected to perform construction administration duties including site visits, construction coordination meetings, and inspections.
