The Highlands

Lake Oswego, OR

Home to the 2015 NW Natural Street of Dreams, The Highlands introduces a new neighborhood of 16 luxury homes into one of Lake Oswego’s premier neighborhoods.

About this Project

Thoughtfully planned to maximize views of the Willamette Valley and Mount Hood, the neighborhood redevelops 7 acres of land originally owned by Lawrence Shaw of the Modoc Lumber Company. Shaw’s house was designed by celebrated Oregon architect John Yeon in 1950. A full renovation of his house was a highlight of the Street of Dreams event.

With just 16 lots ranging in size from a quarter- to a half-acre, The Highlands is a neighborhood unlike any other in the Metropolitan area. It offers easy access to Lake Oswego’s diverse retail, gourmet restaurants, and community facilities while taking in views of Mount Hood and the West Hills.
