3J Consulting is pleased to welcome David Tuttle to the team! As a Civil Engineer, he will work closely with the civil group on a variety of projects.
David has seven years of experience having worked on municipal and aviation projects throughout Oregon and a few years working on roadway projects in New Mexico. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working around the house, and relaxing. He also enjoys target shooting and watching movies.
