3J Consulting is pleased to welcome Zach Starker to the team! As a Civil Designer, he will work closely with the civil group on a variety of projects.
Zach graduated from the University of Portland with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has six years of experience as a civil engineer. He previously working for an engineering firm in Bend and Corvallis, Oregon where he got to work on projects in Oregon, Washington and the Middle East.
Zach enjoys being outdoors and is obsessed with mountain biking in the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia. With an additional degree in graphic design and illustration, he also finds time to draw and create art.
