Week 11: Going Out with a Bang!
In her final week at 3J, Madi got to do a little bit of everything. She worked with the Green Squad again, receiving more AutoCAD lessons about alignments, profiles and corridors. She also had the chance to sit in on a project meeting with the Planning Department that included team members from other firms.
Additionally, she gave a lunchtime Brown Bag Presentation to 3J staff about her time as an intern and she got to participate in filming for a 3J company video.
I loved having the opportunity to present about my time at 3J in my own brown bag presentation. It was a fun presentation because I was able to insert inside jokes to every week's description and everyone thought it was hilarious! The working environment has been so fun and inviting and I was able to show it through my presentation.
On my second to last day we had a BBQ on our new patio space to capture footage for an upcoming 3J company video. I loved being able to take a break from work and have fun with all of the 3J employees before I have to go back to school. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better ending to my time at 3J.
